That's right ladies, it's happening.
An IRL friend of mine texted me today asking to organize a UHC. Figured it had been a while anyways, let's do it.
WHAT IS ULTRAHARDCORE?!
UHC is a Minecraft PvP gametype where you can only heal with golden apples and health potions, making all damage PERMANENT. The goal of the game is to be the last TEAM standing, with at least one member still alive.
The format is TEAMS OF 3. You pick. Grab two of your friends and sign up, we'd hope to have at least 4 teams, even better more.
Any other questions just PM me on the forums.
HOW TO ENTER
Leave a comment with the name of your trio, YOUR Minecraft Username, and the usernames of the other 2 members of your team. No need to enter your team multiple times. Any other comments will be removed for my own sanity and for the simplicity of the thread.
Anyone who wants to participate can, unless of course you've been previously been banned from Minecarft/Minecarft Teamspeak.
THE DAY OF THE EVENT
The scheduled date for UHC is Saturday, July 12th at 12:00pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. Teams need to arrive on teamspeak at 11:30am with ALL 3 MEMBERS to set up for the event.
Setup includes setting up the teamspeak server for all teams to have their own private channels, setting up the minecraft server, whitelisting all players, getting everyone connected and scattered to different areas of the map. We're giving ourselves 30 minutes of time with everyone here so we can be clear on the rules and to allow enough time to be fully ready so we can start at 12:00.
