Personally I think kassadin won't be that great anymore :/ but at least we wont have to waste bans on him anymore! His abilities are MANA scaling now like Ryze, idk what to think of that.
YAAAAAY THEY BUFFED DIANA'S PASSIVE!!! Too bad it's cuz Lich Bane got nerfed.....
Ezreal's Q AP scaling is doubled because of Lich Bane now too, so he might be fun to play AP mid again.
Kog'Maw is now a little bit more viable because his Q is a SKILLSHOT now, does more dmg, and the range got a big buff. Go pixie.
Support is now just that much harder on thresh players because they reduced the amount of time for his souls to despawn by a TON. Grab them while they last.
RIP Lich Bane. It now scales off of MUCH LESS AP and now base AD. Wut.
