Uhhh yeah. Miscommunication (or lack thereof) between Chase and I.
The happy news is that we now have a Minecraft server again! The bad (not bad) news is that we have two of them.
A few nights ago Connor and I decided to rent a minecraft server and start working on a base together. Little did I know that this server would bloom into about 10 people getting on and doing what minecarft originally was. I got to relive the moment of Minecarft's first creation and see the community spark. Mostly stemming from the teamspeak I've been hanging out on (idlecluster.com) and a few IRLs, this server became bigger than Minecarft in 3 days. Turns out that AT THE SAME TIME, Chase decided to open up his own server for Minecarft to get on and play, but the map reset was planned for Jan. 2 (tomorrow as I write). I see this as an opportunity to rebuild the community from 5 people to 15 and growing.
So my proposal is this:
Instead of a map reset, the few of you that were on chase's server come join the many of us on mine on our new map. We may even begin to go under a new name to celebrate the joining of the communities. (Working title is IdleCarft, suggestions appreciated)
Please keep all comments and questions in THIS thread, as not to spam everyone's skype.
