Hi members.
As of yesterday (sunday the 23rd), the forum was taken offline by ProBoards ToS enforcement for violation of ToS 25(a), which states:
"WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROBOARDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN PROBOARDS' SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR ANY BREACH OR SUSPECTED BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION."

This was NOT explanation enough to solve the issues that we apparently caused. So I sent an email to the support asking for a specific reason as to WHY the forums were down. They replied with:
"The board listed in the warning you received states "This Board is NOT MODERATED. DISCLAIMER- Probably NSFW". ProBoards does not permit the posting of "NSFW" content. The board listed in the warning needs to be removed from the forum. We have restored the forum for you. Please ensure that the board is removed within 48 hours."
The warning was sent to my forum message box which I couldn't access, because the forum was down, so that's always fun.
So as of now there is to be NO nsfw (adult) material to be posted to ANY board on this forum. No pics, links, references, NOTHING. We're not risking it again. Doing so will result in an immediate ban from the forum, and from the server (if applicable). The CJ board had been taken down entirely, and will not be put back up. Sorry for the people that enjoyed it, nothing I can do.
